Most roof leaks come from a small number of failure points: flashings, joints, outlets, damaged coverings and chimneys. We find the failure and fix it, rather than recommending a full re-roof by default.
On tall or awkward buildings, scaffold can cost more than the repair itself and take days to arrange. Rope access lets us reach roof edges, steep pitches, chimneys and high parapets with a small team and a small footprint, keeping entrances and pavements open.
We work with property managers, landlords and facilities teams on both urgent problems and planned maintenance, with photo reports that help you budget and prioritise.

Yes. Rope access is well suited to targeted roof repairs such as slipped slates, flashing, chimney work, outlets and patch repairs, especially on tall buildings or steep pitches. Full roof replacements usually need other access.
The main factors are building height and access, roof type, the extent of the damage, the materials needed and whether the work is planned or an emergency. We quote after inspecting or reviewing clear photos.
Our focus is commercial, hospitality and managed property, but we can take on suitable domestic and landlord jobs, particularly tall terraces and flats where access is difficult.
