Asset Access UK Ltd was founded with a clear mission: to provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective access solutions for commercial, industrial, and public sector clients across the UK.
Our business is led by Paul and David, both IRATA Level 3 rope access technicians and supervisors, with over 30 years of combined experience in rope access, building maintenance, inspections, leak investigations, façade repairs, and specialist access solutions.
We are proud to have delivered projects for the Sandman Signature Hotel Group across multiple UK locations, carrying out leak investigations, roof inspections, façade maintenance, lighting repairs, and specialist access works in live operational environments.
Alongside our hotel sector experience, we have successfully completed projects for local authorities, providing inspection, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services on public buildings and infrastructure. Our team understands the importance of safety, professionalism, and minimising disruption while delivering reliable, high-quality results.
